The Firm is retained as External Solicitor to a good number of the nation’s top commercial Banks while we assists in every sphere of corporate activity – from promotion and incorporation of companies under local statutes to obtaining every requisite permit or license necessary for the commencement of business or operations.
The Firm has a cordial working relationship with the legal and business development divisions of the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (N. N. P. C.), the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR), the National Petroleum Investments Management Services (NAPIMS) and other regulatory agencies of the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry. Our utilities practice is devoted to serving the emerging utilities sector of the Nigerian economy and the Firm’s admiralty practice provides Clients (particularly merchant businesses in our locations in Port Harcourt and Calabar) with a comprehensive range of services.
