The Firm practices as Advocate in virtually all principal areas of litigation at all levels of the Nigerian Courts.  The Advocacy practice of the Firm covers principally civil litigations at the Magistrate Courts, Special Tribunals, State High Courts, Federal High Courts, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.   Over the years, the Firm has gathered wealth of experience in litigation owing to its diverse coverage in litigation practice.   The Firm has earned for itself a reputable image and high level of recognition from professional colleagues and judges from virtually all-principal courts of records in most capital and commercial cities of the Country.

One major factor accounting for our high level of success in litigation practice which most of our Clients appreciate is our Firm’s ability to respond with unassailable speed in urgent litigation matters.    This is a special area on which some judges sometimes cites our practice as a worthy example of dedicated advocates ready and able to work under extreme urgency and pressure to the assistance of the Court and appreciation of Clients.

Regularly we have cause to receive Client’s instructions outside the country and had to prepare our briefs where our Client requires urgent relief from impending danger or uncomfortable exposures.
