Our real estate practice work involves us handling a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions and land matters for our Client.  We regularly advise on transactions structures, prepare financing documentation and obtain statutory approvals and exceptions on behalf of Clients.  We also handle the leasing, purchase and sale of both the residential and commercial properties.
